1. To understand the customer’s requirements
     Our developing process starts from listening to the customers’ requirements and understanding their expectation. We provide our customer with all possible projects and decide on the most suitable one to achieve the required performance with them together. Our purpose is to provide our customers with the most appropriate technologically and cost-effective products. In many ways, we can offer our customers with the features and advantages of the product which they have neglected in their designs. So, we will strive to make sure what is necessary and important to the product and what should be embodied at least in the stage of product designing.

2. To provide the positive and professional recommendations.
     With the guideline of our purpose, we have finished the preliminary preparation work. We will provide our customers with the positive and professional recommendations which mainly aim at the features and advantages they neglect in their designs.
Therefore, we will strive to make sure those, which is necessary and important to the product and which should be at least embodied, should not be neglected in the stage of product designing.

3. To research and develop formally
     As the saying goes, “if you know yourself and others well, you will never fail”. With the full communication with our customers and carefully studying and deciding on about the projects, our technicians have known clearly about all the detailed requirements and technical performances of the product that our customers need.
As the following step, we will provide our customers with a complete designing project including diagrams, performance data, measuring data, development period, development costs and product prices etc. Of course, we strive to make our designing projects the best cost-effective.

4. Prototype manufacturing and testing
After we have submitted the data to our customer for decision and we have got the final project, our team officially enter into a state of manufacturing and developing of the prototype.
We have advanced equipments to fit rapid prototype manufacturing. According to different conditions, the time of whole process ranges from one to three weeks. We will test the prototype in lab at first, and then provide the test report to our customer for analysis. We will re-examine the design and make the second prototype manufacturing if necessary.

5. Finalizing design and batch production
     After we have got the approval for the prototype from our customer, we will make documents of the finalizing design. And all of the documents for production will be generated in the shortest period of time. Furthermore, all tools, testing equipments and fixtures will be ready to ensure a smooth going of batch production.
